THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, AND PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT DRYFT’S LIABILITY.

First Steps
- Register your Dryft Board
Once the Dryft 1 Mobile Application is available, we strongly recommend that you register your Dryft Board by downloading the Dryft1 Mobile Application and following the instructions for scanning your Dryft Board QR code. Although registration by way of the mobile application is designed to make warranty claims more efficient, failure to complete to register shall not diminish your warranty rights. You may be required to provide your order number.

Warranty Coverage
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY agreement between Dryft Board, LLC dba Dryft1 (“Dryft1”) and you, our valued user, applicable to any product purchased directly from us, an authorized service center (“Product”), or any subsequent title holder of such Product, upon satisfactory proof of succession or assignment. During this warranty period, Dryft1 or one if its authorized service centers, will repair your Product without charge to you (subject to certain limitations stated herein) under a valid warranty claim under the terms of the applicable warranty. PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS ARE NOT COVERED FOR ANY REASON. Authorized service centers can be identified [here].
For safety and property damage concerns, Dryft1 highly recommends that you do not attempt to repair Products yourself or use a non-authorized service provider. Dryft1 will have no responsibility or liability for damage resulting from repairs or work performed by you or a non-authorized service provider.
Coverage Details
- Start: The warranty begins on the day your Product is delivered.
- Duration: Dryft1 warrants your Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of the original delivery or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Dryft1 warrants the Product’s battery charge to a capacity at 70% or greater. Be sure to track your mileage using the Dryft1 mobile app for verification. The foregoing timeline begins to run upon the date of the original delivery, and shall not be stalled, tolled, extended, or suspended, except for the period of time the product is serviced by an authorized service center.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Dryft1 is under no obligation, at law or otherwise, to provide you with any concessions, including repairs, prorates, or Product replacement, once this warranty has expired. Notwithstanding, a customer, at his or her own cost, can select to have repairs performed at Dryft1-Approved Service Centers. Find the nearest locations [here].
- Disposal: Ensure proper disposal methods to comply with local waste or recycling regulations. Contact local authorities or centers for guidance.
Warranty Return Process
- All Product(s) subject to this Limited Warranty must be returned in either their original packaging, together with proof of purchase, within 30 days of filing a claim, to the address specified by Dryft1. To ensure successful delivery, you are required to ship returned Product(s) using the prepaid return shipping label emailed to you by Dryft1. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number signed by an agent of the carrier, as proof that the possession of the returned product shipment was transferred to the carrier.
- If your claim is determined by Dryft1 to be covered by this Limited Warranty, Dryft1 will bear the shipping costs associated with the return of the original Product and shipment of the replacement or repaired Product to you, as long as the shipping is to and from the same country as the country of original purchase. Any Product that is returned to Dryft1 without a valid warranty claim or without an RMA may be rejected, returned to you at your cost, or kept for 30 days for your pick-up and then disposed of in Dryft1’s sole discretion. Dryft may also charge an assessment cost or shipping to you prior to shipping a unit back or it being picked-up, if the Product is determined by Dryft to be operating within its specifications
What’s Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Usage of the Product beyond 1,000 miles.
- The cost of repairs made by non-authorized service centers.
- Any warranty claims if there are any non-authorized alterations made to the barcodes, serial numbers, or any other identifying information that prevents Dryft1 from identifying the Product.
- Damage from acts of God such as, earthquakes, typhoons, tornados, volcanic activity, tsunami, lightning, heavy snow or ice, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances, or third-party actions (e.g., terrorist acts, riots, war, theft, vandalism, or other man-made disasters).
- Damage to the surface exterior such as, but not limited to, cuts, scrapes, scratches, punctures, penetrations, or wear and tear, from objects such as, screws, bolts, nails, tools, system or structural components, sharp edges, constant rubbing, exposing the product to acts set forth in the previous bullet or third-party actions.
- Off-road use, jumps, travel off of or onto curbs, or crashes. “Off-road” is defined as rugged terrains like cobblestone streets, gravel roads, unpaved surfaces, or any path with water deeper than ½ inch.
- Damage caused by abuse, neglect, vandalism, accident, animals or insects, failure to maintain, or external stress, such as, but not limited to loads of greater than 220 lbs and impacts from objects and contact with liquids and substances.
- Damage from water exposure exceeding the IPX7 water rating.
- Overloading the Product beyond its weight capacity of 230 lbs or the limit specified in the User Manual.
- Maintenance related work performed that causes damage or defects in the Product.
Maintenance is Not Covered
MAINTENANCE IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND IT SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN COST.
Proper maintenance is essential for the well-being of the Product. Improper, insufficient and/or lack of maintenance increases risk of the product failure, and failure of the product due to such reasons is not covered by the Limited Warranty. Dryft1 highly recommends that you do not attempt to repair the Product yourself, or use a non-authorized service center. An authorized service center of the Product is generally considered as a proper person to provide maintenance services. A list of authorized service centers may be found at www.dryftboard.com. You have the right to choose a proper person (including yourself) to perform maintenance. You may perform maintenance services on your Product. This will not void the Limited Warranty.
DRYFT1 SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCT FAILURE AND/OR DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING FROM REPAIRS OR WORK PERFORMED BY A NON-AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.
Warranty Coverage Extension
During the warranty period, any service or part replacements performed at an authorized service center will extend the warranty for 90 calendar days for that specific service, part, or replacement, or for the remaining warranty term, whichever is longer.
Any non-authorized modification made to the Product will void this warranty.
THE WARRANTY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT OUR DISCRETION.
Disclaimers
THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE, SHALL CONSTITUTE THE ONLY WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART, UNLESS WE EXPRESSLY AGREE IN WRITING TO SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES.
TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO CASE SHALL DRYFT1, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS (“DRYFT PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE OR USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
IF YOU ARE A NEW JERSEY CONSUMER, THE LANGUAGE IN PRECEDING PARAGRAPH OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO YOU. FOR NEW JERSEY CONSUMERS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW JERSEY LAW, DRYFT PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE OF A PRODUCT, ITS COMPONENT PARTS, ACCESSORIES, OR FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH MIGHT BE CAUSED FROM ANY DEFECT IN A PRODUCT, ITS COMPONENT PARTS, ACCESSORIES, SERVICE REPAIR, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGED, YOU MAY HAVE AS A RESULT OF ANY DEFECT IN A PRODUCT, ITS COMPONENT PARTS, ACCESSORIES, OR SERVICE REPAIR.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF DRYFT1 AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, TO ANY PARTY (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO DRYFT1 IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OUT OF WHICH LIABILITY AROSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
