The (Totally Reasonable) Rules:
1. You Gotta Ride It.
During your four week Love-It-Test (aka LIT) period, you must ride 5 miles per week. The LIT clock starts ticking on your first ride or seven days after your board hits your doorstep—whichever comes first.
2. Let’s Ride Together (Virtually).
We want you to love the ride, and that starts with a free virtual coaching session. Send us an email to support@Dryftboard.com after you receive your board to book your session. Make sure to attend coaching by day 21—you’ll thank us later.
3. Don’t Toss the Box.
Keep the original packaging. If you decide to return your Dryft Board, you’ll need it to ship the board safely back home.
4. Notify Us.
If you decide to return your Dryft Board, email us at support@Dryftboard.com no later than 45 days from the start of the LIT period, and tell us that you want to return your Dryft Board.
5. No Rogue Returns.
Before you ship anything, you’ll need a return label. We will provide this. No label, no refund.
6. Use Our Label & Packaging.
Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a shipping label. Use that label. Not another one. Ours has the magic on it. You must use the original packaging as well. Package your Dryft Board in the original packaging and make sure it’s secure. You’re responsible for ensuring that your board is packed correctly so that it does not get damaged during shipping.
7. Refund Math.
Once we get your Dryft Board back and give it a quick once-over, we’ll refund your original purchase price—minus shipping costs, taxes, and any financing fees.
A Few Legal-Sounding Notes:
- You’ll need to send a photo of your board’s serial number to support@dryftboard.com to be eligible for a return.
- If your board comes back looking like it did battle with a raccoon army, we might adjust your refund. Normal wear is cool—battle scars, not so much.
