DRYFT1 MOBILE Application

Using our Dryft1 Mobile app? We collect data about you and your vehicle to provide Dryft1 MOBILE services. This includes Mobile Data, which helps us deliver the best user experience. Participation is voluntary, but without Mobile Data, some features might not be available. Examples of how we group data we may collect and examples of what may be included in those groups appears below.

Vehicle Health Data

To keep your vehicle in top shape, we collect diagnostic data. This can include odometer readings, battery status, tire pressure, ride mode, charging status, and maintenance schedules. You can manage these data points and set up notification alerts through our mobile app.

Location Data

We periodically gather location data from your vehicle. Activating features like Find-My-Vehicle means we’ll collect location data more frequently to help you find your ride.

Subscriber Information

We collect some basic details about you, such as your name, occupation, gender, age, and date of birth. We also keep your contact details handy, including your email, postal address, phone number, and mobile number. This helps us maintain your account with a Customer Profile ID and password. For extra security, we might ask for alternate contact info for 2-factor authentication. Lastly, we note any marketing preferences you’ve shared with us.

Subscription Data

We track everything about your subscription package. This includes the start and end dates, and whether certain features are active or not. We also keep tabs on whether your subscription is set to renew automatically and your overall subscription history.

Firmware and Software Over-the-Air Updates

We monitor the firmware and software updates sent to and from your vehicle. This includes checking if the update was successful and any feedback you provide about it.

Mobile App Data

When you use our mobile app, we collect data about your device type, operating system, IP address, unique identification number, browser type, and Internet service provider. We also gather info on how you use the app and its location, provided you’ve consented to share your device’s location in settings.

Performance Data & Behavior

We analyze how, when, and where you interact—or don’t interact—with Dryft1 Services, vehicles, and products to improve your experience continually.

Payment Data

When it comes to payments, we securely store your credit card details, including the issuing bank, security code, and expiry date along with your billing address.

Vehicle Data

Your vehicle's info, like its serial number, model, model year, and where you bought it, are recorded. We also remember your Home/Garage location address to serve you better.

Sharing Your Information

At Dryft1, we’re all about keeping you in the loop with the latest and greatest. That means we might share some of your data with third parties who can offer you news, products, services, contests, discounts, events, and promotions that we think you’ll love. These partners might also use your information to help improve their own products and services.

 Your Choices

Cookies and Tracking: We and our partners use cookies and other tracking technologies on our Services to make sure you see ads that are tailored just for you. Opting Out of Communications: Not keen on receiving our marketing emails? No problem! You can opt out anytime by following the instructions in the emails. Do keep in mind that opting out of one type of communication doesn’t automatically apply to others. For example, opting out of Dryft1 MOBILE emails doesn’t stop you from getting website communications.

Children’s Privacy: Our Services aren’t designed for kiddos under 18 years old except for the following states where users must be the age noted as follows to access or use the Services: Alabama (19 years old), Nebraska (19 years old), and Mississippi (21 years old). If we find out that we’ve collected info from anyone under the ages noted in the previous sentence, we’ll delete it as required by law.

For your convenience, Dryft1 might include links to third-party websites or services. Remember, this Privacy Policy doesn’t cover those sites, so it’s a good idea to check out their policies to see how they handle your info. We aren’t responsible for what happens on those sites.
