Changes to an Order
It is our goal to ship orders promptly.
If you need to change something on your order like the shipping address, reach out to our Customer Support Team within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our absolute best to accommodate your requested changes.
If your order has already shipped, we are not able to make further adjustments. -
Dryft1 Warranty
We stand by every Dryft Board we build, and we want to make sure you’re stoked with your ride. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.
Our warranty covers for defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns
DRYFT1 does not accept returns for used or opened items. Proof of purchase and proof of unopened items will need to be verified by submitting photos or video within 20 days of delivery to our Customer Support team.
Cancellations
Dryft Board cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. If you’d like to cancel, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it goes out the door.
If you would like to cancel your DRYFT1 merchandise or part order you will need to contact our Customer Support Team within 1 hour of when your order is placed for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after this time period.
If your order has already shipped, we'll do our best to can recall it or you can refuse the delivery. However, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
