The Dryft Board features a 500w hub motor, offering smooth acceleration and speed control, allowing riders to reach speeds of up to 20mph. Speed may be dependent on rider weight and incline of the pavement.

The Dryft Board is powered by an advanced 698Wh (48V 15 Ah) UL2271 Compliant battery offering continuous riding for a range of up to 17-20 miles, depending on rider weight, speed, riding style, incline and other factors. The battery can be easily swapped to keep your adventure going.

The DRYFT1 Limited Warranty covers defects in materials for 365 days from delivery or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Learn more about our Warranty here. If you experience any issues, contact our Customer Support Team and we’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.

To ensure rider safety, full protective pads are encouraged, but wearing a MIPs-certified helmet is required when riding the Dryft Board to help protect against injuries. The Dryft Board is equipped with several safety features to ensure riders always remain visible to motorists, pedestrians, and other riders. A headlight featuring 500 lumen low beam and 1000 lumen high beam provides clear visibility. Additionally, continuously running Slider Lights keep the board illuminated day and night, and brake lights activate when stopping.

The Dryft Board is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake with an aluminum caliper body, offering precise and responsive stopping power for added safety.

The Dryft Board features a proprietary Style Selector, a two-position back switch on the Dryft Caster that allows riders to choose one of two super-fun and radically different riding experiences:

1. Slide Mode: With the Style Selector switch in the forward position, the center wheel spins freely. This mode unlocks the ability for sideways sliding.
2. Cruise Mode: With the Style Selector in Cruise Mode, the caster wheel is locked enabling a super stable, carve-y type riding experience reminiscent of holding your edge while snowboarding. This mode is perfect for stable cruising.

The motorcycle-inspired chromoly frame offers unmatched stability and control, while the board’s wider deck provides a stable base for smooth carving and sliding at any speed.

The center caster wheel provides a dynamic pivot point and constant contact with the pavement, enabling smooth, controlled and effortless slides, making every ride fun no matter the riding mode chosen by the rider.

Yes, the BMX-style 4-piece handlebars can be adjusted to match the rider’s height, ensuring maximum comfort and control during the ride. Recommended rider height is between 5’ – 6’5”.

The Dryft Board is the world's first Hybrid Board Cross (HBX) featuring a patented design combining the best elements of a BMX and skateboard, with the power of an e-bike and soul of a flat track motorcycle for precision control and agility, and performance riding. The Dryft Board has a front wheel drive fused with a 3 wheel deck that features a center-mounted caster wheel on the underside. This ride form enables responsive, and joy-filled sideway slidings to all riders.

Never ride on unpaved, damaged, or uneven surfaces like cobblestones, bricks, gravel or wet/contaminated areas (e.g., snow, ice, mud, puddles).

Regular maintenance includes checking the wheels, brakes, and battery for wear and tear. Be sure to clean your board after rides. Our Parts Garage stocks all the necessary components for upkeep.

For basic troubleshooting, check the battery connection, brakes, and wheels for any issues. Many bike shops are also equipped to handle repairs on the Dryft Board. If you still encounter more complex problems, contact our Customer Support Team for detailed guidance or repairs.

We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 20 days of delivery. Proof of Purchase and Proof of unopened condition must be provided via photos or video. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.

For repairs that go beyond basic maintenance—like replacing key components or fixing tricky issues—you can take your board to one of our certified repair shop. We’ll make sure it’s repaired with the care and precision that every Dryft rider deserves.
