I invented the first Dryft Board in my garage in Venice Beach California over 6 years ago! The first one I ever built was basically held together with wood screws and duct tape, and it fell apart within the first 10 seconds of riding it! But in those 10 seconds I knew that I had discovered something incredible! It was like lightning in a bottle. I spent 3 years building and rebuilding the Dryft Board until I had something that was ready to share with the world. But I had no idea how to build the business that could do it. Until I met Ralph Zipper and we spent the next 3 years applying his unparalleled business knowledge to the Dryft Board and building the most amazing company I have ever been a part of. I have never been more proud of anything in my life, and I am so grateful to be here now sharing my passion in physical form with everyone who feels inspired to ride the Dryft Board. My hope is that you feel the joy and love that has brought this amazing product into existence!

My marketing team had to push hard to convince me to go to market with a blue and yellow HBX. However, as fate would have it, Zipper Brothers Films just finished the Blue Angels Documentary...and dang Blue and Yellow felt good on those F18s. I'm glad the team pushed hard for this colorway. It is now my favorite. I keep one in my living room, for real. It's a work of art. 5 stars for the blue colorway. Thanks for holding your ground team! The ride, well, that's always been five stars. That's why I am here. The ride changed my life. I took one ride on the prototype and dedicated my life to bringing the Dryft Board to market. I (we) longer have to wait for a powder day, a swell, or a track day. Insane fun is waiting for us every day right out our front doors.

The Dryft Board is such a unique and freeing feeling that will lead to top tier fun with every ride. i was a bit skeptical when i first heard about this concept coming from an action sports childhood and background. this is before i was hired to work for Dryft1. after finally seeing some renders i was like OK, this thing is actually pretty cool. after riding it i was like OK, this thing is bad ass! its so much fun carving and sliding around. smile from ear to ear the whole time like i was 9 years old again skate boarding in my driveway. the sensation of carving/ sliding is next level. feels like wake skating and snowboarding. the throttle and responsiveness brings me back to my moto roots. its just super fun and a really cool blend of all the different things we rode growing up. cant wait to start customizing it....
