The Dryft Board is your gateway to unparalleled joy.  Dryft sets a new standard in safety and stability for local commutes while offering action sports-level thrills with a flip of the Mode Selector Switch.  Sport Mode allows riders of all levels to enjoy the vibes of surfing, snowboarding, and skiing on the streets of their neighborhoods. With the switch flipped to Commute Mode, riders enjoy the most stable e-commuter on the planet. With a deck that has twice the standing area of typical 2-wheeled scooters, there is room for a furry friend or kiddo.

Nearly every e-scooter on the market traces its lineage back to a child’s toy—two tiny wheels, a narrow deck, and a T-bar handle. The industry scaled that form, added power, and called it progress. But at Dryft, we saw something different: a category trapped by its own simplicity. Our team of engineers and designers began with the rider—how the machine should move, balance, and respond to human instinct. The result is the Dryft Board: a vehicle engineered from the ground up to deliver stability, control, and confidence unlike anything else.

What we built is an industry changing electric scooter, designed for adults, that is safer, more practical, and much more fun to ride than any other electric scooter.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS:

Dryft High-Torque Motor. Fun and performance comes from torque and acceleration more so than top speed. In fact, top speed on scooter is regulated by the CSPC.  Your Dryft Board motor is uniquely tuned to provide more torque and acceleration than other premium e-scooters (even those with bigger motors). Two wheeled scooters with 9-10 inch wheels can't use high-torque-acceleration motors. Why? Not enough rubber meeting the road to manage the torque and not enough stability to handle the acceleration.

Full Size MTB-BMX Hydraulic Disc Brakes make the Dryft Board one of the safest street beasts in the universe. Dryft stops in half the distance of most premium e-scooters. The small wheels of Two-Wheeled e-scooters limit the size of the brake discs (aka "rotors"). The 16 inch front wheel of Dryft e-scooters allow us to use a full size BMX MTB type disc with a Tektro Hydraulic caliper.  

Independent Dryft Suspension. Our patent protected e-scooter aft suspension maintains stability on uneven pavements and terrain. Almost every car has independent suspension. Two-wheel scooters do not have this option.

Ultra Wide Bamboo-Carbon Fiber Deck gives you double the standing area of your typical two-wheeler. Bring a furry friend or kiddo. While the flex, something remarkably absent in rigid two-wheeler decks, provides performance through turns and extra shock absorption.

Proprietary Dryft Wheel Compounds take riding in Sport Mode to the next level.   Floating through a turn like a snowboard on a powder day takes more than our patent protected wheel geometry and suspension. Our unique wheel compound provides that buttery "floaty" turn in Sport Mode.

Dryft Mobile IOS and Android App*. Anti-Theft Find-my-Board & Lock-my-Board, performance tuning, realtime and historical performance data with regional and worldwide leaderboards, real-time moving map with nav.  Snap-to-Landscape Mobile Phone Holder snaps from portrait to landscape orientation with the push of a finger.

Performance 1000 Lumen LED Headlamp with high and low beams. Extra wide angle beam guides you through turns.

Frame-Sliders with  Integrated Brake & Driving Lights notifies surrounding mortals to be ware. The forward facing driving lights sit only 3 inches off the ground. The illuminate the terrain immediately in front of you. They also increase visibility to oncoming traffic and pedestrians. The rear facing brake lights are laterally displaced allowing followers to see you, even in turns.

Grab’n Go Battery Pack for easy travel and charging. Turn the key, grab the handle, and the battery is travel ready.  Not only does this make charging safer, it allows you to legally ship your Dryft Board anywhere. Almost all other e-scooters use integrated batteries. Not only does that mean you can't take your scooter on a commercial airline, it means that you are S.O.L. in a few years when your battery is dead.

User Guide

The Dryft Motor has been tech-tuned to provide industry leading torque and acceleration that is not possible on 2-wheeled e-scooters. Top speed is limited to 20 mph to keep Dryft Street legal. *Speeds of over 28 mph are achieved with 120mm edge wheels in commute setting.
